US orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the order date. International orders take 10–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is fulfilled.
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Note that duties and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility — these are collected by your local carrier on delivery and are not included in the order total at checkout.
Yes. Every order ships with a tracking number, which is emailed to you at fulfillment. You can also look up tracking on the carrier's site using the order number from your confirmation email.
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, reply to your original order confirmation email and we'll investigate with the carrier. Lost packages are replaced at no cost.
30 days from delivery, no questions asked.
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. To qualify, the tee must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Reply to your original order confirmation email with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a return address and instructions within one business day.
Return shipping is at the buyer's cost — we recommend a tracked service so the package can't get lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Yes. If you'd like a different size, we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back to us. Just mention the size you'd like in your return email.

Our tees come in at 310 GSM — that's 9.1 oz per square yard. It's a true heavyweight, with the density and drape of a vintage work shirt, not a flimsy fashion tee.
Yes. 100% ring-spun cotton, no blends, no poly, no spandex. Just cotton, built dense.
Our fabric is pre-shrunk before cutting, so you should see only 1–2% residual shrinkage at most. The fit you take out of the package is the fit you'll keep.
Cold wash, inside out. Hang dry or tumble on low. Skip the bleach and fabric softener — they'll break down the cotton fibers over time. The tee gets better with age, not worse.
No. Our graphics are discharge-printed directly into the cotton fibers, not laid on top like a sticker. The print becomes part of the fabric and softens with every wash without cracking or peeling.

The birrd tee is cut oversized with a drop shoulder — it sits relaxed through the body with extra room in the chest. True-to-size gives you the intended silhouette, sizing down gives you a slightly more structured look.
Size down. The heavyweight cotton will drape true to your frame, and a fitted-feeling version of this cut is still relaxed. If you want the full intended roomy fit, stay true-to-size.

Yes. Every birrd drop is a single run, made once, in one batch. We don't reprint, we don't reorder, and once a size sells out in a colorway, that's it for that colorway.
