This page states the rules of the road for the LAUNCH15 first run: how the limited drop works, how the discount code applies at checkout, the refund policy, and when orders placed during the launch window ship. It supplements — and is incorporated by reference into — our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order during the LAUNCH15 window you agree to the terms below.

The birrd first run is a limited batch cut from a single family-run partner run. Inventory is finite by design — once the first batch sells through, the Electric Yellow first drop is archived and will not be restocked. We do not hold back stock; once it's gone, it's gone.

That means:

• Quantities are first-come, first-served — no waitlist queueing for orders, no holds.
• If your size sells out before checkout completes, your order will not be fulfilled and any authorization will be voided by Stripe.
• The next drop is a separate release, on its own schedule, with its own colorway and product page. This page does not govern future drops.

LAUNCH15 is the launch-week code for the birrd first drop. It applies 15% off the listed price of any heavyweight tee in the first run, applied automatically at checkout once the code is entered and validated.

• Discount. 15% off the listed tee price (e.g. the $44.99 heavyweight drops to $38.24).
• How it's applied. Entered on the product page, validated server-side via routes/discount.js against the discount_codes table. We do not apply LAUNCH15 retroactively to orders placed without it.
• Window. Live through launch week. The exact end date is stated on the product page and on the LAUNCH15 brief.
• Single-use per order. One code per order. Stacking with other codes is not supported — LAUNCH15 will not combine with any other discount, and only one code may be applied per checkout.
• Archived with the run. When LAUNCH15 expires or the first run sells through, the code is marked inactive in discount_codes. We do not retroactively honor an expired code against a later drop.
• No cash value. LAUNCH15 cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to shipping, or transferred between orders or customers.

We want the first run to land right. If something's off, reach out via /pages/contact within the return window and we'll make it right. Here's the short version:

• Return window. 30 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking email.
• Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tag still attached. Try it on at home — that's it.
• Return shipping. The customer covers return shipping. We'll provide the return address and a recommended carrier on request.
• Refund method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, within 5 business days of the returned item arriving at our partner. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
• Final sale. Items marked final sale at checkout (e.g. garment-dyed variant limited drops) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Damaged or wrong item. If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we cover return shipping and replace or refund at our discretion. Send a photo via /pages/contact.

Orders placed during the LAUNCH15 window ship by the date stated on the product page — that is the ship-by date, not the delivery date. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking number by email at the address you entered at Stripe checkout.

• Ship-by date. Posted at the top of the product page. Orders placed during launch week ship in the order they were placed; we do not hold orders to batch them.
• Geography. US-only on the first drop. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, US territories, or international addresses.
• Tracking. Emailed to the address used at Stripe checkout once the label is created. If you don't see it, check spam, then contact us.
• Delays. Carrier delays are outside our control. If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, reach out and we'll open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
